The print turned out nice overall, and I’m fairly sure I’d order again if I really needed something similar. That said, the price felt a bit high for what it was, and the shipping ended up being more than I expected. It’s not a bad product by any means, I just feel like the value could be a little better.

My order from masterpix.com showed up fine, and thankfully the print wasn’t damaged. That part was good, really good. But the packaging itself felt basic to me. I was expecting a little more padding around it, especially for something being shipped. It worked out this time, but I do think it could be packed safer

I was disappointed when my order showed up. The photo looked really sharp on my screen, so I was expecting the print from Masterpix to have that same crisp look. Instead, it came out soft and kind of blurry, especially in the face and background details. It had a bit of a bait-and-switch feeling because what I thought I was getting didn’t really match what arrived. From across the room it’s maybe okay, but up close it just doesn’t look worth the price.

I was trying to order a glass print from my phone, but the site kept jumping around and I didn’t feel confident that my upload or order would go through correctly. The upload section was confusing, the buttons weren’t easy to find, and I ended up having to start over twice. After about 20 minutes, I decided it wasn’t worth risking a messed-up order and gave up. The shopping experience just didn’t feel smooth or reliable.

I ordered a specific print size, but what showed up didn’t match it. It makes me a little unsure about the quality control, since the size should be one of the basic things to get right.

I had a problem with my order and thought it would be something they could fix easily. To be fair, they did respond, so it wasn’t like I was completely ignored, but the replies mostly just led to more back and forth without a clear solution.

The print came out disappointing. The colors looked dull and the whole thing was kind of blurry compared to the file I sent in, so I was expecting it to be a lot sharper. I reached out to support twice and still haven’t heard a thing back. I get that things can take time, but being forced to just sit around and be patient with no update is really frustrating.

It looked really nice when I first got it, but wow, the material turned into a little Scratch Magnet 3000 way faster than I expected. I wasn’t even being rough with it, and it still started showing marks quickly. Kind of a letdown, honestly.

I’m not totally sure if it was my screen settings or the file or what, but the colors on the print came out looking different from what I expected. They didn’t really match what I was seeing on my end.

Overall, I think the finish looks nice. The surface came out smooth and clean, which I really appreciate. To be fair, it’s just a bit shinier than I personally prefer, but that’s more of a taste thing than a real flaw

Uploading everything was straightforward and not a big deal. The design part did take a little longer than I expected, though. it was okay overall. Then suddenly I was like, wait, why is this taking so long? But it got done in the end, so no major complaints...

I ordered this thinking it would be a quick thing, but the production time just kept dragging on. Maybe I missed something, but I also feel like they didn’t really explain what was going on, so I was just kind of waiting around not knowing. It ended up being really frustrating, especially because if it takes that long then it should at least feel faster somehow. I probably wouldn’t order again

I tried placing an order on masterpix.com because they were showing a discount promo, but when I got to checkout, the code just wouldn’t work. I double-checked the dates and the terms to make sure I wasn’t missing something, but it still wouldn’t apply.
When I reached out to support, the response was vague, and by the time anything could’ve been sorted out, the promo was already over. It just felt like a lot of wasted time and kind of misleading, if that makes sense. I don’t think I’d order from them again

I was hoping for more ways to tweak things to my liking, but the customization options felt limited. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it seems like an avoidable downside.

The print itself looked good, so no complaints there. But trying to figure out how to hang it was more annoying than it needed to be. The options were limited, like some tiny wall-mounting overlord decided we only get one acceptable method. It’s fine once you deal with it, but definitely not the easiest setup.
